POETRY SCANS

I want there to be some record of my having been here, that is why I write. But much of what I write has never been seen by more than just a select few. Today I am going to post some scans of some of my poetry. A warning though; I generally only have written poetry when I was depressed or in crisis, or when I was dwelling on something . I guess it is time to share. Feel free to comment on them if you wish.

How very kind of you to say such nice things. I assume that they were about me after our conversation last evening.

Your poetry is very dark, but well written. I am not largely a fan of poetry, but I did like. I noticed that it's pretty old though. I wish you would write something now, more reflective of where you are than where you were.
I'll keep reading!

Thanks; I appreciate the comment. The poetry, as I said, was written when I was in crisis generally. I have some others I need to get organized. One in particular is more recent, but no idea where it is right now.

Very cool - you are talented. I can relate to much of that at present. I wish I was better at poetry - I generally express my discontent in writing with many cuss words. LOL.

Thank You Cheryl; I ran across your blog quite by accident the other day and having read twenty or so of your entries, I find that on some level you and I have a bit in common. It is refreshing to find that other people think and feel as I do about some things, and the fact you write about it so prolifically, I appreciate that. I am also a little jealous that you write so often. I like what I have read so far and am glad you visited my blog.

Jeffery - well thank you for the kind words! I am going to be reading your blog as well - I also believe we have a bit in common. I'm glad you found my blog, come by and visit/comment often - I would love it. I look forward to reading your stuff as well.

Take care, Crazydogmama (Cheryl)
